We need your help with something…

We’d like to accumulate stories. So if you’ve been hurt by a church… mistreated by a boss, fired, shunned by the board, lied to, not paid, bitten by bratty SPs kids, or other wise left for dead by an organization who uses the name of Jesus… we want to hear from you.

We won’t use your “real name.” We’ll just use initials. We will also edit your story in a way that is non-descriptive of your local situation.

These “testimonials” will help us tell people about what’s going on in youth ministry. In order to activate the church to treat you with respect and provide tangible support to those hurting, we need to tell your story.

Interested? All you need to do is send your story to hurting@ymexchange.com It could be 5 sentences or 5 pages… tell us your story! Not motivated… think about this. For every story you tell us… we can perhaps help prevent the same thing from happening again. At the very least… we’ll be better prepared to help.

Who should give?

Raising Lazarus can't exist without financial gifts, but we hold giving to the local church very highly. Therefore, we don't want anyone to give $1 to this fund if they are not giving biblically to their local church. We're not doing this to circumvent any church, nor are we encouraging anyone to sin and withhold from their local church to help Raising Lazarus, and by extension youth workers, instead.
